Hip Hip Poohray!
I did it! I finally took a poop that wasn't diarrhea! It still wasn't quite "normal" but it didn't sound or feel like pee, so that's a huge improvement. Welcome to the Diary of Li'l Crohnsie, where you can find not only my musings and rants about the horror of my bowel activities, but articles, anecdotes and other resources for those of us living with IBD and similar chronic health issues.
Despite having been re-diagnosed as having Ulcerative Colitis, "Li'l Crohnsie" was a college nickname, thus I have dubbed this blog as such for nostalgic reasons.
The purpose of this blog is, contrary to popular belief, not to gross you out but rather to encourage other patients of IBD to shed the shame that is often associated with excess (and often uncontrollable) pooping.
