ticker update

I ate them for dinner last night in my rice, and they came right back out in the same shape as when they went in. Nasty! I'm a dick for not updating last week, there were a few gastrointestinal events worth noting. I was dry-heaving most mornings, and belching through the day, probably because Aunt Flow is due any day now. And on Saturday I didn't poop at all!
