Notes: Home from work for the week. Bored and restless, but I don't want to relapse so I'm laying low. Temp is almost 100, spending most of my time in my room w/ the a/c. Slight earache in am. 2 slices of pizza for breakfast and lunch (enough already!) Went out to dinner, had chicken and avocado sandwich w/ mixed greens, hummus and pita as an ap. Three or four popsicles, 1 fudgsicle, some grapes throughout the day. Iced coffee, iced tea, and water as well.
