Description: Giant curved goliath
Notes: 1c coffee in AM. Lots of energy, did a lot of house cleaning. 2 turkey, broccoli, and cheese lean pockets for lunch. I've been eating like a pig but my strength is definitely up. I had some sour patch kids in the middle of the day. Dinner was a rib eye steak, broiled, and boiled pierogies. We ate some baby carrots and pretzels with veggie dip. More sour patch kids and a little ice cream. Almonds right before bed.
