I had a truly horrifying moment today when I saw a streak of something red staring up at me from the toilet bowl at work. I did a cartoonish double-take and was hugely relieved to realize that what I was looking at was NOT a streak of blood, but some undigested potato skin from dinner the night before. I was so relieved that I could have shit all over again.
