On Enemas and Cortifoam

I'm so in love with the cortifoam treatments, I wanted to give you a little comparison to show why I find them so preferable to enemas.  I'm of course not trying to claim any kind of medical expertise here- everyone reacts to different treatments in their own way and you may find enemas work better for you.  But here's a little video demonstrating how to use the cortifoam and why I find it to be the more comfortable (and personally effective) treatment of the two.
