Notes: 1c coffee. Lunch was chicken tikka masala, spinach w/ lentils, rice, nan, and iced tea. Mild weather, annoyed by film crew of "Taking of Pelham" remake both to and from work. Ordered dinner in. 1 slice pizza w/ onion, sausage, and mushroom, large greek salad w/ anchovies.
